SISTEM PENGATURAN PH LARUTAN NUTRISI TANAMAN HIDROPONIK BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO

Currently, one of alternatives in the vegetables cultivation which are very popular and even bring more
advantages than conventional is hydroponic method. Hydroponic method is a farming method using water as a
growing medium. One of the ways that must be considered to get good results in vegetable cultivation with this
method is to maintain pH level in media of hydroponic plant nutrients regularly. pH nutrition adjustment of
hydroponic plants which discussed in this article is by developing a tool that can regulates the provision of
hydroponic plant nutrition automatically so that the pH levels of nutrients in the hydroponic plant media water
adjusted in range from pH 6.0 to pH 6.5. The control devices used in this system consist Arduino Uno as a
microcontroller, pH sensor, a solenoid valve as an electronic valve to adjust open/close flow of nutrient
automatically and a stirrer motor to dissolve nutrients in water. From the experimental, it resulted that the
average error of comparison measurement results between pH sensor measurement and pH meter measurement
are 3.1% and the system able to maintain pH in mixing nutrient of hydroponic media of range 6.0 - 6.5.
